Compliance:

• Government of J&K Vide order no :41-JK(ITD) of 2020 dated:21-08-2020 notified IT Policy approved by administrative council which clearly mentions the support for start-ups’ in disruptive areas like internet of things, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Block Chain etc.
• Jammu & Kashmir Industrial Policy 2021-30 (Procedural Guidelines)
• Jammu & Kashmir Land Allotment Policy 2021-30 (Procedural Guidelines) 4.Enactment of J&K Single Window Act.
• J&K Single Window Rules as per the guidelines by the above Act
• Establishment of Investment Promotion & Facilitation Cell (IPFC) at Directorate Industries (Jammu/Srinagar)
• 100+ services under mandate of JK Public Service Guarantee Act ensuring timely delivery of services
• More than 200 services have been identified and uploaded by Government of Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) under Minimizing Regulatory Compliance burden.
